DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE
Firmware updating on Phase One camera systems is pretty straightforward, the Digital Backs and the 645 XF Camera have separate individualized firmware sets that ride on each, and for IQ4-series, are contained within a single firmware update System Package. This package will also include any relevant updates to X-Shutter lenses mounted to the XT camera.
Prior IQ-series digital backs, in addition to solo firmware updates, also made use of packaged firmware groups but currently do not include the newest XF camera firmware. If you are updating from older firmware on an early IQ-series unit, you’ll need to download the appropriate IQ updater as well as the appropriate XF updater, place on a media card one at a time and update the digital back and camera one and then the other.
IQ4 150 / XF
WARNING: we strongly recommend caution and absorbing the Release Notes and our testing results before taking on a firmware update.
Updating the System Package or stand alone firmware on the IQ4-series digital backs requires only that you navigate Main Menu–> System Settings –> Update Firmware.
(Please be patient after the progress bars have stopped and the screen goes black, there will be up to a couple minutes of time where the screen will remain black as the package is applied and the system reboots – DO NOT power cycle the camera until the unit has competed)

Updating only the XF camera by stand alone firmware is not available on the IQ4, but can be performed on IQ1/2/3-series by navigating Main Menu–> XF Camera–> Update Firmware

Updating the System Package or stand alone digital back firmware on IQ digital backs prior to IQ4 series requires navigating Main Menu–> Firmware–> Update Firmware
