The Serenbe Community

We are extremely thrilled to have access to one of the United States’ most renowned communities. Serenbe is a wellness community connected to nature on the edge of Atlanta. A neighborhood, full of fresh food, fresh air and focused on wellbeing. This community is set among acres of preserved forests and meadows with miles of nature trails that connect homes and restaurants with arts and businesses. Serenbe’s architectural planning sets a new standard for community living.

Each of Serenbe’s four hamlets has complementary commercial centers focused on the elements of a well-lived life: arts for inspiration, agriculture for nourishment, health for wellbeing and education for awareness. Fresh food is another of Serenbe’s natural assets, with a 25-acre organic farm, seasonal Saturday Farmer’s Market, thriving CSA program and edible landscaping, including blueberry bushes along paths and sidewalks. Year-round cultural events include outdoor theater from Serenbe Playhouse, culinary workshops, and festivals, music events, films and lectures, boutique shopping, art galleries, a spa, and trail riding, plus a robust Artist in Residence program featuring dinners and talks.

All accommodations, food, and lodging are covered in the one workshop fee. We will be experiencing the culinary expertise of each on site restaurant throughout the week including Halsa, The Hill, and The Farmhouse.

The Location :

We will have the opportunity to spend two full days in the 11th Serenbe Designer Showhouse.

This year’s home is a gorgeous three-story Victorian-style single-family home located in Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Overlook, with elevated finishes selected by Pamela Stakemann of South Haven Builders. The home features a two-story wrap porch with protected wooded views, an open style floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and more.
