2021 Architectural Interior Workshop with Barry Grossman
Join us October 11th-15th, 2021
In-person events are back! This year, one of our most popular workshops will be held in one of America’s most treasured communities, Serenbe.
For the third year, Capture Integration will be working alongside acclaimed photographer, Barry Grossman as he takes us through a series of residential interior architectural photography shoots. The workshop will focus on capturing dynamic residential images for a designer, architect, and builder clientele.
Working with the most advanced tools, Barry demonstrates his use of light, composition, and shooting strategies to create beautiful photographs for editorial, marketing, and portfolio applications. The workshop will be an intensive four day shoot and post-production experience in an award-winning community located just outside of Atlanta.
Come explore advanced shooting techniques with hands-on opportunities to work with several camera systems, including the incredible Phase One IQ4 150, medium-format technical camera bodies, the Phase One XF and Phase One XT Systems along with various Profoto strobe lighting units. Use your own camera system or request one to test from Capture Integration. Then work beside fellow attendees creating your own images with Barry’s amazing workflow.
Experience the magical community at Serenbe
We are extremely thrilled to have access to one of the United States’ most renowned communities. Serenbe is a wellness community connected to nature on the edge of Atlanta. A neighborhood, full of fresh food, fresh air and focused on wellbeing. This community is set among acres of preserved forests and meadows with miles of nature trails that connect homes and restaurants with arts and businesses. Serenbe’s architectural planning sets a new standard for community living.
Each of Serenbe’s four hamlets has complementary commercial centers focused on the elements of a well-lived life: arts for inspiration, agriculture for nourishment, health for wellbeing and education for awareness. Fresh food is another of Serenbe’s natural assets, with a 25-acre organic farm, seasonal Saturday Farmer’s Market, thriving CSA program and edible landscaping, including blueberry bushes along paths and sidewalks. Year-round cultural events include outdoor theater from Serenbe Playhouse, culinary workshops, and festivals, music events, films and lectures, boutique shopping, art galleries, a spa, and trail riding, plus a robust Artist in Residence program featuring dinners and talks.
All accommodations, food, and lodging are covered in the one workshop fee. We will be experiencing the culinary expertise of each on site restaurant throughout the week including Halsa, The Hill, and The Farmhouse.
